That's why “Exchange Avenue”, in the terminal building at Schiphol, is the location for all your brainstorming sessions, meetings or training courses.

 
“Exchange Avenue” is, after all, a complete Conference Center with six superbly equipped rooms with space for up to 100 people. As well as the four boardrooms - Blaeu Chamber, The Huydecoper, The Batavia Chamber, and The Ruyter Chamber, all of which accommodate up to 14 people - it is the Staeten 1 and 2 rooms which offer maximum flexibility. Naturally the rooms are furnished with comfortable seating, there are up to date facilities to make things as convenient as possible and we will ensure that the snacks and drinks you want are provided when it best suits you. There is free fresh coffee or tea on hand throughout the day in our coffee lounge, for you and your guests.

Moreover, the “Exchange Avenue” reception is continuously manned so that we can immediately cater for those last-minute needs that crop up on almost every occasion. All of which means that you can concentrate fully on the substantial aspects of your meeting. While we take care of the rest!

In summary "Exchange Avenue" is an excellent base within the dynamic arena of an airport, ideal for both business meetings and more informal receptions.
